P-300 Manual Pretreatment Application System

The P-300 adds a 550,000 BTU gas-fired burner for heated pretreatment wash. The E-300 is an electric-only system without a burner. Both deliver 5 GPM at 1500 PSI with downstream injection and CAT pumps. Choose the P-300 when your pretreatment chemistry requires heated wash temperatures.

The burner runs on natural gas at 7.9 inches WC or LP gas at 11 inches WC. The gas connection is a 1-inch NPT fitting. The 550,000 BTU output heats the wash water to the temperature required by your pretreatment chemical. The 11-inch stack vents combustion exhaust.

The P-300 weighs 900 lbs. dry and 1100 lbs. for shipping. Dimensions are 56 inches long by 28 inches wide by 64 inches tall. Plan for forklift or crane placement. The unit requires a level surface and connections for power, gas, and water.

Power: 208/230V single phase or 208-230/460V three phase, connected through a 4-wire junction box. Water: standard garden hose with female swivel fitting. The system uses 5 GPM, so ensure your water supply can sustain that flow rate during operation.
