The 3M 2091 P100 cartridge is compatible with all 3M 6000, 7000, and FF-400 series respirators, including both half mask and full face models. This includes the 3M 6291 half mask and the 3M full face respirator kit sold by Creative Coating Solutions. The bayonet-style connection makes swapping cartridges quick and tool-free. These cartridges are not compatible with 5000-series facepieces.

Replace 3M 2091 P100 cartridges when breathing resistance increases noticeably, when the filter is damaged, soiled, or deformed, or per your facility's respiratory protection program schedule. In powder coating environments, typical replacement is every 40 hours of use or 30 days after first use, whichever comes first. Keep multiple 2-packs on hand to ensure you can replace filters immediately when needed.

P100 is the highest NIOSH particulate filter rating, capturing at least 99.97% of airborne particles. The "P" designation means the filter is oil-proof, protecting against both oil-based and non-oil-based aerosols.
