The interior working length accommodates parts and assemblies approaching 25 feet. Account for clearance at each end for operator access and spray distance. This is the largest standard wash enclosure offered by Creative Coating Solutions and suits shops processing long structural steel, pipe, or oversize fabrications.

All three share the same 8'x8' cross-section, frame material (14-gauge 3" steel tubing), and wall material (20-gauge galvanized). The 25-foot model adds length for longer parts and higher batch volume. It has 6 LED fixtures like the 20-foot model. The 16-foot model has 4 LED fixtures.

The 24-inch rear plenum connects to your facility exhaust fan and ductwork. The interior circulation fan moves air across the full 25-foot wash area. Size your exhaust CFM to the enclosure volume and chemical type to meet OSHA ventilation requirements for enclosed chemical wash.

Yes. The catch basin depth is available from 3 inches to 6 inches upon request. A deeper basin holds more runoff between drain cycles, which is useful in high-volume operations where the pump runs less frequently. Specify your preferred depth at the time of order.
