Our pretreat wash room is an excellent alternative to blasting and a perfect solution to chemical wash on new and soiled substrates before coating. This enclosure comes standard with a 3” wash catch basin and can build to a 6 inch basin at an additional cost. This size has 6 LED lights for exceptional lighting and an exhaust fan in the rear of the unit. the structure of the enclosure is made of welded 3” tubing giving the ceiling enough strength for hanging parts for a complete wash without having to flip parts and retreat. Our enclosures include a pump For emptying the Catch basin when wash has been completed.
