The single rail powder coat rack has a 300 lb weight capacity and is a definitely a workhorse. This compact powder coat rack is perfect for our smaller sized powder coating ovens with a dimension of 62" Wide x 24" Deep x 68" High with steel castors that will ensure longevity and durability of this rack.

This is a high temp steel castor upgrade specifically for converting your hook storage rack into a powder coat rack or cerakote coating rack.

Our powder coat racks feature steel casters and a single rail of our own design that is more versatile and cost effective than our competitors. The rack dimensions are 5.5'Tall x 5.25'Long x 2' Wide. With our unique design your hooks or wire will not walk down the rail while moving from your spray enclosure to your oven. This design will also eliminate your hook from bouncing off your rail while the rack is in motion saving oven time, labor and materials.

Our single wheel rack comes disassembled and is designed to be mobile for the repair and painting of a single wheel onsite or off site. If you plan on  using this for powder a steel castor option is available upon request.
