The 6x6x6 gas industrial powder coat curing oven is built for high-volume production with stainless steel with welded C-channel frame construction and ceramic fiber insulation insulation rated for continuous operation at up to 1300F. Stainless steel liner and shroud around burner for protection and even heat distribution. Ceramic fiber blanket behind stainless liner adds additional thermal performance. 3" walls with 3" rock wool insulation. 50,000 - 275,000 BTU output from natural gas or propane delivers fast heat-up and maintains setpoint through back-to-back full loads. The digital PID dual-display gives operators precise temperature management across every cycle.

Designed for production shops coating structural steel, agricultural components, commercial fabrications, and large-format parts that require consistent temperatures across the full chamber volume. Requires 120V, 20A, single phase electrical service. Includes 3 1/2" exhaust for proper ventilation. The recirculating fan eliminates hot spots on large loads and the fiberglass tadpole gasket maintains chamber integrity for efficient fuel use throughout the production day.
