    About This Item

The 4x4x7 gas industrial powder coat curing oven is constructed with stainless steel with welded C-channel frame and ceramic fiber insulation insulation for reliable heat retention at up to 1300F. Stainless steel liner and shroud around burner for optimal heat distribution. Ceramic fiber blanket behind stainless liner for added thermal efficiency. 3" walls with 3" rock wool insulation. Fired by natural gas or propane, it heats the chamber faster than comparable electric units, reducing warm-up time between cure cycles. The digital PID dual-display provides accurate setpoint control and the fiberglass tadpole gasket seals the full perimeter.

Suited for shops running multiple cure cycles per shift where gas fuel cost per cycle is significantly lower than electric. Electrical service required: 120V, 20A, single phase. Includes 3 1/2" exhaust for ventilation. Handles automotive components, fabricated hardware, brackets, and custom assemblies. The recirculating fan circulates heat evenly across the working chamber for consistent cure quality on all parts in the load.
