The double-fork design slides onto both fork truck forks simultaneously. Screw clamps tighten to secure the hook to the forks, and a safety chain with snap hook connects to the fork truck carriage as a backup restraint. No drilling, welding, or special tools are needed. The hook includes a forged steel safety latch that prevents slings and chains from slipping off during lifting. The safety chain with snap hook provides a secondary connection to the carriage in case the screw clamps loosen. The zinc plating resists corrosion. The shackle swivels to align with rigging angles.

The double-fork style fits standard forklift forks up to 6" wide. The 10,000 lb capacity must not exceed your forklift's rated lifting capacity at the hook's load center. Check your forklift's capacity plate before use because the extended load center reduces the truck's effective lifting capacity.
