Semi/Side Downdraft Booth 48" Extension Panel Kit

This extension fits the PSB-SEMIDD semi downdraft and PSB-SDD side downdraft paint spray booth models. It bolts to the rear of the booth using included 5/16" hardware. The panels match the original booth panel gauge and finish for a seamless connection.

The 48" extension increases the overall inside working length to 30 feet. This accommodates full-size pickup trucks, commercial vehicles, box trucks, and other oversize work that does not fit in the standard booth length. The full 30 feet is usable spray area.

The extension panels are precision-punched 18-gauge steel with bright white powder coat finish on both interior and exterior surfaces. This matches the original booth construction for consistent structural strength and appearance. The dual-surface finish resists corrosion from booth chemicals.

Most shops complete the 48" extension installation in one day with two people and basic hand tools. The panels use standard 5/16" bolt and nut assembly that matches the original booth hardware. No welding, cutting, or specialized equipment is required.
