Resealable 9" x 12" Parts Bags with Label Block (100ct)

Coating shops use these bags to sort and label hardware during disassembly before blasting or coating. Each bolt set, bracket group, or fastener batch goes in its own bag with the job number written on the white label block. After coating, bags are used to package finished parts for customer pickup or shipping.

Yes. The white labelling block on each bag accepts permanent markers, Sharpies, and ballpoint pens. The white surface provides contrast for easy reading. Write part numbers, customer names, dates, or job references directly on the bag without needing separate adhesive labels or masking tape.

Each bag is 1.5 mil thick. This is standard duty for shop use - thick enough to resist punctures from small hardware like screws and bolts, but not so thick that the bag is rigid or difficult to seal. The resealable band opens and closes cleanly for repeated access during assembly workflows.

Each order contains 100 resealable bags. At $11.50 per 100 pack, the cost is $0.115 per bag. For shops processing multiple jobs daily, a single pack typically lasts 2 to 4 weeks depending on volume. The bags are reusable if the reseal band and bag body remain intact.

The 9" x 12" interior holds hardware sets, small brackets, fastener groups, O-rings, masking plugs, and similar items common in powder coating and fabrication work. Parts up to roughly 8" x 11" fit comfortably with room to seal. For larger components, these bags work for holding the associated hardware rather than the part itself.
