Pull Plug SPP42 - .316" Hole Silicone Plug (500ct)

The SPP42 fits .316" diameter holes, which falls between the standard 1/4" and 3/8" sizes. The 1.000" head provides a generous grip for removal. The .910" body length works for standard material thicknesses up to just under one inch.

The .316" size matches a 5/16" drill hole used for various bolt clearances and pin locations. These appear on equipment frames, machinery guards, automotive brackets, and structural components that require clean internal surfaces after powder coating.

The SPP42 flange is .152" thick, among the thickest in the pull plug lineup. This creates a robust seal rim around the .316" hole that resists deformation during repeated use. The thick flange also helps center the plug in the hole during insertion.

The .316" dimension is slightly over 5/16" (.3125"). The SPP42 will fit a standard 5/16" hole with a firm compression grip. If the hole runs tight at .3125", the plug may require slightly more push force but will seal more securely as a result.
