Pull Plug SPP67 - .445" Hole Silicone Plug (250ct)

The SPP67 fits .445" diameter holes, slightly larger than the 7/16" (.4375") standard. The 1.000" head and body provide balanced proportions. The .255" flange is one of the thickest in the lineup, creating exceptional surface sealing pressure.

The SPP67 flange at .255" is significantly thicker than most standard pull plugs which range from .046" to .193". Only the SPP437 (.300") and SPP110 (.372") have thicker flanges. The thick flange prevents powder from creeping under the plug on larger holes.

The SPP67 is sized at .445" which is slightly over 7/16" (.4375"). It will fit a standard 7/16" hole with moderate compression. For a tighter seal on 7/16" holes, try the SPP437 (.437"). The SPP67 works best on holes drilled or punched to .445".

The SPP67 body length is 1.000", which provides solid insertion depth for most sheet metal and plate thicknesses. Combined with the .255" thick flange, the total plug length is over 1.25". This covers through-holes in standard material without protruding excessively.
