Pull Plug SPP70 - .472" Hole Silicone Plug (250ct)

The SPP70 fits .472" diameter holes, just under 1/2" (.500"). Light blue color makes these visible on dark metal parts. The 1.000" head and body provide standard proportions while the .243" flange adds a thick seal rim around the hole perimeter.

The SPP70 is sized at .472" which is .028" under 1/2". It may grip loosely in a true .500" hole depending on tolerance. For exact 1/2" holes, size up to a plug with a .500" or larger A-dimension. The SPP70 works best on holes drilled to .472" or under.

The .472" size (12mm metric equivalent) appears on equipment designed with metric standards, imported machinery parts, and precision-drilled components. These holes often serve as bearing seats, bushing locations, or sensor ports that must stay clean during coating.

Both are light blue but different sizes. The SPP70 fits .472" holes while the SPP22 fits .162" holes. The SPP70 is physically much larger with a 1.000" head vs .625" and comes in 250ct vs 500ct. Size difference is obvious when handling the plugs.
