Silicone pull plug for .257" diameter holes. Gray color coding. Dimensions A-.257, B-1.00, C-1.00, D-.130. 500 count per bag, rated to 600F. The 1" head provides a solid grip surface for removal after curing.
The SPP37 fits .257" diameter holes, close to a standard 1/4" drill size. The 1.000" head and 1.000" body match the SPP33 proportions but with a larger .257" taper. The .130" flange seats firmly around the hole perimeter to block powder entry.
The .257" dimension is slightly over 1/4" (.250"). The SPP37 will fit a standard 1/4" hole with a snug compression fit. If your hole measures exactly .250", the plug will grip slightly tighter. Always trial-fit one plug before masking the full batch.
Both fit .257" holes but the SPP40 has a .937" head vs 1.000" and a .920" body vs 1.000". The SPP37 is the longer-body option for deeper holes in thicker stock. The SPP40 is slightly shorter for standard-depth .257" holes in thinner material.
The SPP37 flange is .130" thick, which creates a durable seal rim around the .257" hole. The thicker flange resists deformation during repeated installations and provides a better surface seal compared to thinner flanges found on smaller pull plug sizes.
The Pull Plug SPP37 (500ct) for .257" holes is priced at $76.51 (SKU SPP37). Ships in stock from Creative Coating Solutions. Gray silicone, 600F rated, 500 reusable plugs per bag. Balanced 1.000" head and body dimensions for deep-hole masking.
