The SPP14 fits .130" diameter holes. It features a large 1.000" head that is easy to grip and pull even with gloved hands. The .625" body length provides solid insertion depth for a reliable seal against powder intrusion during coating.
The 1.000" head on the SPP14 makes it easy to locate and remove from parts after curing. On complex parts with many masked holes, the large head stands out visually and provides a comfortable grip surface for fast removal during high-volume production.
The SPP14 body inserts .625" into the hole. For holes deeper than that, the plug still seals at the surface but does not protect the full internal depth. For deeper masking needs on .130" holes, consider pairing with masking tape inside the hole.
The SPP14 flange thickness is .093", thicker than smaller pull plugs. The thicker flange creates a stronger seal against the part surface around the .130" hole. It also adds durability for repeated insertion and removal across multiple cure cycles.
