Pull Plug SPP110 - .888" Hole Silicone Plug (100ct)

The SPP110 fits .888" diameter holes, close to 7/8" (.875"). It is the largest standard pull plug in the lineup. The .372" flange is the thickest available, creating maximum surface seal pressure around the large hole to prevent any powder intrusion.

The .888" plug is the largest in the range, requiring the most silicone per piece. The 100ct count balances material cost with practical production quantities. Large hole masking typically involves fewer holes per part than small hole masking, so 100ct lasts longer.

The .888" dimension is .013" over 7/8" (.875"). The SPP110 will fit a 7/8" hole with solid compression grip. It also works on slightly oversized holes up to approximately .890". For holes significantly over .888", the seal loosens and powder can leak through.

The .372" flange creates a wide seal area around the .888" hole. On large holes, powder has more surface area to sneak past the plug edge. The thick flange counteracts this by pressing firmly against the part surface across a broad ring, blocking powder migration.
