Pretreat Wash Enclosure - 8' x 8' x 20'

The 20-foot model adds 4 feet of interior length and 2 additional LED light fixtures (6 total vs. 4). The extra length accommodates longer parts, bigger racks, and higher throughput. Frame material, wall gauge, and all other components are identical to the 16-foot version.

The frame is welded 14-gauge 3-inch steel tubing. Walls are 20-gauge galvanized sheet metal. Both materials resist corrosion from chemical wash overspray and humidity. The galvanized walls are easy to clean and maintain over years of daily chemical wash use.

Yes. The standard configuration is single-phase 240V. Three-phase power is available as a factory option. Specify three-phase when ordering if your facility runs on three-phase service. The option affects the fan motor and pump motor wiring.

The catch basin depth is configurable from 3 inches to 6 inches upon request. Specify your preferred depth when ordering. The basin collects wash water, chemical runoff, and debris. An electric pump drains the basin to your floor drain or collection system.

The enclosure supports phosphate washes, alkaline degreasers, conversion coatings, and other pretreatment chemicals used before powder coating or paint. The galvanized walls and stainless-compatible catch basin resist corrosion from standard industrial pretreatment chemistry.
