The 1,250 lb capacity, debris-deflecting design, and low rolling resistance make this caster handle the sustained loads and floor debris common in towline systems. Towline carts experience continuous pulling forces that weaker casters cannot sustain. This model is built for that duty cycle.

The swivel housing design includes contoured surfaces that push floor debris away from the raceway and bearing areas as the caster rolls. In manufacturing environments where metal chips, fasteners, and packaging materials end up on the floor, debris deflection prevents jammed swivel operation.

The polyurethane tread is rated from -40F to 180F. This covers cold storage, standard shop conditions, and warm environments near ovens. However, 180F is below cure temperatures, so do not roll this caster into a powder coating oven. Use cast iron for oven cart applications.

This caster supports up to 1,250 lbs per wheel, one of the highest capacities in the polyurethane brake caster range. The combination of 6" wheel diameter and heavy-duty polyurethane compound handles the weight while maintaining non-marking floor performance and low rolling resistance.
