Nylon American Flag - 96" x 60" Projection

This 8-foot-wide flag is designed for poles 25 feet and taller. On a 25-foot pole, the flag proportions look balanced and the size provides strong visibility from the street and parking areas. Poles under 20 feet will make the flag appear oversized. For shorter poles, use the 60" x 36" size instead.

The heavyweight nylon fabric and reinforced fly-end stitching are built for continuous outdoor wind exposure. Nylon is lighter than polyester, so it responds to gusts without the heavy snapping that tears heavier fabrics. In extreme or sustained high-wind locations, expect to replace the flag every 6 to 9 months.

The 96" x 60" flag is 60% wider and 67% taller than the 60" x 36" flag. Both use the same heavyweight nylon fabric and reinforced stitching. The larger size is for commercial poles 25 feet and up. The smaller size fits residential and small commercial poles 15 to 25 feet tall.

Under daily outdoor flying in moderate conditions, expect 6 to 12 months of display life. Direct southern sun exposure and persistent winds shorten this. The larger surface area catches more wind than the 60" x 36" version, so fly-end wear accumulates faster. Rotating two flags extends total display time.
