The Millermatic 211 welds from 24 gauge sheet metal up to 3/8 in. mild steel in a single pass on 240V input. On 120V input the maximum thickness is reduced. The Advanced Auto-Set automatically adjusts voltage and wire speed based on your selected material thickness.

Yes. The Millermatic 211 is spool gun ready out of the box for aluminum welding. Connect an optional Miller spool gun (sold separately) and the machine is ready for aluminum. This provides a reliable and economical way to weld aluminum without a separate dedicated machine.

Miller's Multi-Voltage Plug (MVP) lets you connect to common 120V or 240V receptacles without tools. Choose the plug that fits your outlet and attach it to the power cord. No internal rewiring or voltage switch is needed. This makes the welder portable between different shop and job site power sources.

Smooth-Start provides a smooth spatter-free weld initiation when you pull the trigger. It controls the wire feed and voltage ramp-up at arc start to eliminate the ball of spatter that cheaper MIG welders produce at the beginning of each weld. This saves cleanup time and improves weld appearance.
