Miller AlumaFeed 350 MIGRunner Water-Cooled Package

The water-cooled package uses an XR-Pistol Pro water-cooled gun instead of the air-cooled XR-Aluma Pro. Water cooling allows sustained welding at higher amperages (350A at 60% duty cycle vs 250A) without overheating the gun. It is built for production environments.

The water-cooled package delivers 350A at 34 VDC at 60% duty cycle with 425A max DC output. The higher duty cycle at 350A (vs 250A on the air-cooled version) makes it better suited for heavy production aluminum welding where longer continuous arc time is needed.

The system is used in aerospace, boat and yacht building, general fabrication, manufacturing, education and training programs, commercial truck and trailer production, and shipbuilding. Any application requiring consistent high-quality aluminum MIG welding benefits from the XR feeding system.

The XR AlumaFeed feeder handles .035 and 3/64 aluminum wire with included FastTip contact tips and drive rolls for both sizes. The XR feeding system is specifically engineered to push soft aluminum wire without bird-nesting or inconsistent feed that causes weld defects.

Miller provides a Blue three-year warranty on the power source for parts and labor. Original main power rectifier parts carry a five-year warranty. The water-cooled gun is warranted for 90 days. The system is manufactured under an ISO 9001 registered quality system.
