Miller Dynasty 400 TIG Welder Complete Package

The Dynasty 400 welds steel from .012 in. to 5/8 in. and aluminum from .015 in. to 5/8 in. The wide range covers thin sheet metal through heavy plate in a single machine. AC mode handles aluminum and DC mode handles steel, stainless steel, and other ferrous metals.

The Coolmate 3.5 is a liquid cooling system that circulates coolant through the TIG torch to remove heat during high-amperage welding. It features Cooler-On-Demand that activates cooling only when needed. This extends torch life and keeps the handle comfortable at sustained high amperages.

The Dynasty 400 uses Blue Lightning high-frequency arc starting for non-contact arc initiation. High-frequency starting prevents tungsten contamination by starting the arc without touching the tungsten to the workpiece. This produces cleaner starts and longer tungsten electrode life.
