Long John Safety Air Gun - 6" Extension

The safety nozzle limits dead-end pressure to below 30 PSI, meeting OSHA requirement 29 CFR 1910.242(b) for compressed air used for cleaning. Standard air nozzles can exceed this limit and are not compliant. Using a non-compliant air gun in a shop environment risks OSHA citations.

The aluminum extension adds 6 inches of reach beyond the trigger body. This allows cleaning inside equipment cavities, between racking bars, and under fixtures without getting your hand into tight spaces. The aluminum construction keeps the extension lightweight for extended use.

The air gun uses a standard 1/4" NPT air inlet that connects to any standard shop air line quick-disconnect fitting. It works with standard shop compressor air supplies. No special adapters or fittings are needed beyond a standard air hose and coupler.
