The kit includes a 35 ft 2/0 AWG electrode cable with lug, 30 ft 2/0 AWG work cable with lugs, electrode holder, work clamp, head shield, and filter plate. All components are rated for 400A stick welding and arrive ready to connect.
Both the electrode cable and work cable use 2/0 AWG copper conductor. This gauge handles 400A continuous welding current with minimal voltage drop over the cable length. The electrode cable runs 35 ft and the work cable runs 30 ft for adequate reach in shop environments.
The kit includes a head shield with a filter plate for eye and face protection during stick welding. It provides the minimum required protection for arc welding. For extended welding sessions many operators prefer an auto-darkening helmet, but this shield works for intermittent use.
This kit works with any Lincoln Electric or compatible stick welding power source that accepts 2/0 AWG cable lugs. The 400A rating makes it suitable for machines from small shop units up to industrial 400A class power sources. Check your machine lug connection type before ordering.
