Lincoln Electric PIPEFAB Water Cooler

The cooler supports high-amperage TIG, MIG, and FCAW (flux-cored arc welding) applications. It is designed specifically for the Lincoln Electric PIPEFAB system. The cooling capacity handles sustained high-amperage welding that would overheat air-cooled torches.

The cooler is powered and controlled directly by the PIPEFAB power source. No separate power connection is needed. The power source manages the cooler automatically, activating it On-Demand when welding starts and shutting it down when welding stops to conserve energy.

On-Demand activation means the cooler only runs when the welding arc is active. It starts automatically when you begin welding and stops when you stop. This reduces noise, saves energy, and extends pump life compared to coolers that run continuously during the entire work shift.

Yes. Built-in coolant flow sensors continuously monitor coolant circulation. If flow drops below safe levels the system alerts the operator before torch damage can occur. This prevents burned-out cables and torches caused by blocked lines or low coolant levels.

Water cooling removes significantly more heat than air cooling, allowing sustained welding at higher amperages without overheating the torch or cable. For applications above 200-300 amps, water cooling extends consumable life and keeps the torch handle comfortable.
