The LP-200 welds small studs onto the dented panel surface using electric current. A slide hammer then attaches to the stud and pulls the dent outward. After the dent is pulled, the stud is ground off and the panel is finished smooth. This method repairs dents without accessing the panel backside.

The LP-200 pulls dents from steel body panels. The stud welding process requires a weldable steel surface, so it does not work on aluminum, plastic, or fiberglass panels. It is effective on doors, fenders, quarter panels, roofs, and other steel body sections common in automotive repair.

The cable measures 25 feet, providing enough reach to work around a full-size vehicle from a single power unit position. The cable length eliminates repositioning the unit for each panel. Set the LP-200 beside the vehicle and reach all four sides without moving the machine.

The LP-200 runs on standard 120V household and shop power. No special wiring, high-amperage circuits, or three-phase power is needed. Plug it into any standard 120V outlet in your shop. The unit draws enough current for stud welding through the standard circuit without tripping breakers.
