HS-24WR Wall Mount Horn Strobe - Selectable Candela

The HS-24WR offers field selectable candela options of 15, 30, 60, 75, and 110 candela. Selection is tamperproof once set. The installer chooses the appropriate intensity based on room size and NFPA 72 requirements. Higher candela is needed for larger rooms or rooms with obstructions.

The horn offers continuous or sync temporal three in 2400Hz tone, mechanical tone, chime tone, and whoop tone. All tones are field-changeable using switches on the device. The professional installer selects the appropriate tone pattern based on the building's fire alarm notification requirements.

The HS-24WR mounts on a single or double gang box, 4" square box, or AVBB surface mount back box. Screw-clamp terminals accept 18-12 AWG wire. The low-profile design at 5" x 4.5" x 2.5" keeps the unit close to the wall for a clean installation appearance.

The HS-24WR offers the absolute lowest current draw available in its class. This means more devices can be installed on a single notification appliance circuit before exceeding the panel's current capacity. Lower current draw also reduces total system power requirements and battery backup sizing.
