The kit includes the HMD904 magnetic drill, coolant bottle, 1/2-inch drill chuck with adapter, 12000 series Rotabroach annular cutter kit, and a carrying case. The two-stage magnet and pilot light come standard on the drill unit. Everything ships assembled and ready for use out of the case.

The two-stage magnet lets you set a low-power hold for positioning the drill, then switch to full magnetic force for drilling. Stage one holds the drill lightly enough to slide into position. Stage two locks it down with full clamping force. The pilot light confirms the magnet is energized and holding.

The HMD904 drills holes up to 1-1/2 inches in diameter and 2 inches deep using annular cutters at 450 RPM. The included 12000 series cutter kit covers common fabrication hole sizes. The 1/2-inch drill chuck adapter also allows use of standard twist drill bits for smaller holes.
