The 75004PR punches holes in as little as 2.5 seconds through material up to 3/8 inch thick. The 16.9 tons of electro-hydraulic pressure drives the punch through steel cleanly without distortion. Actual cycle time varies by material thickness and hole diameter but stays under 5 seconds in most conditions.

The puncher makes round holes up to 25/32 inch diameter and oblong holes up to 9/16 x 13/16 inch. Material capacity is 3/8 inch thick. Different punch and die sets are available for various hole sizes within these maximums. The electro-hydraulic system delivers clean holes without the burrs that drilling produces.

If the punch ever resists returning to home position after punching, the power retract feature can be engaged to hydraulically pull the punch back. This prevents the operator from having to manually free a stuck punch, which can happen in thicker or harder materials where friction holds the punch in the hole.

The 75004PR weighs 24.9 lbs, making it portable enough for field work and construction site use. Despite the 16.9 tons of punching force, the compact design and light weight let one person position and operate the puncher. Runs on standard 120V, 9.5 amp power from any shop outlet.
