Hougen RotaCut Combo Kit - 5/16" to 1-1/2" Cutters

The kit includes 13 cutters in sizes: 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8, 1, 1-1/8, 1-1/4, 1-3/8, and 1-1/2 inch. Two arbors allow quick size changes without tools. Extra pilots, a center punch, and a plastic storage case round out the complete fabrication kit.

RotaCut cutters cut holes 3 times faster and last up to 10 times longer than twist drills or hole saws. They produce clean burr-free holes that require no deburring, saving additional finishing time. The annular cutting action removes only a thin ring of material instead of the entire hole area.

The RotaCut cutters handle sheet metal and plate materials up to 1/2 inch thick. They produce clean, burr-free holes at this full thickness without the chatter or wandering common with twist drills in thin material. The center pilot keeps the cutter aligned for accurate hole placement on both thin and thick stock.

The kit includes 2 arbors that hold the cutters and connect them to any standard drill chuck. The arbor system allows quick cutter size changes without tools, just unlock, swap the cutter, and lock in the new size. Having two arbors means you can keep your two most-used sizes ready to go simultaneously.
