Harper Series 900 Heavy Duty Dual Cylinder Cart

The cart uses 21" x 4" pneumatic roller wheels, the largest in the Harper cylinder cart lineup. The air-filled tires handle rough concrete, gravel, and construction site terrain without transferring shock to the cylinders. The 4-bolt hub axle provides secure wheel mounting under maximum load.

The cart includes a fire barrier between the dual cylinders, a lock-top toolbox to secure regulators and tools, and a center toe ring to position cylinders on the base plate. The dual handle design provides balanced control during transport. These features meet industrial safety requirements for dual cylinder transport.

The base plate measures 13" x 24", sized for large industrial gas cylinders. The center toe ring keeps both cylinders centered and prevents shifting during movement. This plate accommodates standard large oxygen and acetylene cylinders used in heavy fabrication and construction cutting operations.

The fire barrier sits between the oxygen and acetylene cylinders to provide physical separation. In case of a regulator leak or fire, the barrier slows heat transfer between tanks and gives the operator time to respond.
