The RS-3001 runs on 208VAC 3-phase with an optional 230V configuration. The 30KW heating element draws 85A at 208V. The 2HP blower motor draws 6.3A at 208V 3-phase. A single point connection with umbilical cord simplifies the electrical installation.

The system raises booth temperature 30F in 10 minutes and 50F in approximately 50 minutes. This increase reaches the flash-off temperature for waterborne finishes and sufficient bake temperature for finish coats. Four selectable modes control the heating cycle automatically.
