E-COAT+3 Master Multicolor Powder Application System

The multicolor system is configured for fast transitions between powder colors. Each color parameter is stored independently so you do not need to reset air volume, flow rate, or voltage settings when switching colors. This cuts downtime between color runs compared to single-color systems.

The digital front-panel controller makes the system accessible to operators at all skill levels. Labeled controls adjust air volume, powder flow, and charging voltage directly. Once settings are dialed in for each color, they are repeatable and consistent across shifts and operators.

The E-COAT+3 Master Multicolor applies all standard thermoset powder coatings including polyester, epoxy, hybrid, polyurethane, metallic, and textured formulations. The digital controller lets you save and recall settings optimized for each powder type and color.

The system runs on a standard 110V outlet. Connect a regulated compressed air supply for the pneumatic functions. No special wiring, transformers, or three-phase power is needed for the controller or charging unit.
