Each carton contains 7 Duo-Pac 40 pocket filters at $36.93 per filter. The 24" x 24" x 12" size is the standard configuration. Additional sizes are available by request. Filter manufacture time runs 2-4 weeks depending on the style and size ordered.

The Duo-Pac 40 uses a 2-ply configuration with 550 media featuring progressive density design. A specialty tackifier coating prevents particle migration through the media. This combination provides exceptional efficiency above 5 microns with high dust holding capacity for extended service life.

The Duo-Pac 40 is designed for applications requiring medium-efficiency filtration with long service life. It works well as a secondary or exhaust filter in spray booths, paint shops, and powder coating facilities where capturing fine overspray particles extends booth equipment life.

Progressive density means the filter media gets denser from the air-entry side to the exit side. Large particles are captured in the open outer layers while fine particles are caught deeper in the dense inner layers. This depth-loading approach uses the full filter volume instead of clogging the surface.
