The 3/4in high temp green poly tape is a professional-grade masking tape for powder coating oven applications. Made from green polyester film with a hi-temperature silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, it withstands full powder coat cure cycles up to 400 deg F without shrinkage or adhesive failure.
Ideal for masking threads, bore holes, bearing surfaces, and precision zones on metal parts before oven bake. Removes cleanly after cure with no adhesive residue. Available in 3/4in width, 72 yards per roll.

This tape is rated to 400 deg F (204 deg C), covering standard powder coat cure temperatures of 350-400 deg F. The green polyester carrier stays dimensionally stable and the silicone adhesive holds through the full cure cycle without leaving residue.
No. The hi-temperature silicone adhesive is engineered for residue-free removal after cure. Peel the tape while the part is still warm for easiest release. No solvent or cleanup is needed.
It bonds to bare metal, primed surfaces, and machined aluminum. Clean and dry the surface before application for best adhesion. Not recommended for porous or contaminated surfaces.
