2 Step Phosphate Conversion Coating

Our phosphate conversion coating is a powerful cleaner and is designed for multi-metal surfaces. This is an all-in-one solution that combines cleaning and phosphating in a single step. 

- The phosphate is applied to the substrate and allowed to work an average of 3 minutes and then rinsed. Once rinsed it can either air dry or oven dried only to be coated after. 

Details:

• Cleans and phosphatizes

• Improves paint adhesion and extends coating life.

• Provides corrosion resistance properties

•  For each unit volume of water, add the appropriate amount of phosphate to the water
  while sufficiently mixing:

Water volume: 100 gallons/1.5-5 Gal of phosphates

• Operates from 90F-180F.
