Choosing a powder coating oven is a tough choice, There are things the be considered when choosing the right oven for your shop. first is the size make sure your shop has enough footage to not only facilitate the size of oven you want to purchase but also the other equipment you will need to do business such as your spray booth, blast cabinet or blast area etc. The other consideration is your electrical requirements. Do you have 3 phase? if so what type of 3 phase?. Do you have single phase 220/240 or just 110/120?
If you are going to purchase a big enough oven that requires Gas which is what almost all larger batch ovens run on you have to decide if propane or natural gas will work best for you depending on availability. There are alot of oven suppliers out there but the best supplier should have in variety of oven styles. This will indicate that they have a great knowledge base that will point you down the right bath based on your specific needs.
